Does it come with a warranty?

Yes. Our sensors carry our voluntary Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This is not a promise of unlimited battery life or cover for every cause of damage.

Can I return a product if it is not compatible with my vehicle?

Not compatible: Our sensor can be programmed to work for 99% of global Make&Models. If it is not compatible with your vehicle, don't hesitate to contact us to arrange a return.

Change of mind: We provide a 30-day return window from delivery. Please contact us within that period. Products must meet the original, unused, and unopened condition requirements in our Returns & Refund Policy, and you arrange and pay for change-of-mind return postage.

How long does a refund take to arrive in my account?

Normally, 3-5 working days

There are two stages: our processing of an approved refund, and the time your bank or payment provider takes to make it visible in your account. We will confirm when the refund is issued and provide the available reference.

Refunds are normally made using the original payment method unless another lawful arrangement is agreed. Bank and provider processing times vary; contact us and your provider if a refund has not appeared within the estimate given with your refund confirmation.

How fast is shipping?

Orders are generally dispatched the same business day or the next business day.

After dispatch, estimated American Express delivery is 1–3 business days. Delivery times are carrier estimates, and regional or remote locations may occasionally take longer.

How do I track my order after it has been dispatched?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number and a direct carrier tracking link.

You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking data typically activates within a few hours of dispatch.

If your tracking is not updating after 24 hours, contact us, and we will follow up with the carrier.

Do you offer in-store pickup and installation from your listed dealers?

Yes — in-store pickup and installation are available from our listed dealers.

After you book your installation service, we will contact them to confirm stock availability and arrange an installation time during business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM).
